Follow-up questions each count as a separate research query. No research is charged if the query does not result in a substantive response due to a technical error on the part of the provider. Researches already charged are automatically refunded.
3 If a trial period is agreed, the paid term begins upon expiry of the trial period unless terminated in text form before the trial period expires. If no trial period is agreed or the trial period expires without termination, the term is indefinite and may be terminated monthly by either party in text form at the end of the billing month.
